With a Bachelor of Health Sciences and a Master of Human Nutrition, Emilia wants to use her knowledge and expertise as a qualified nutritionist to help people live a healthier and balanced life.
Studies show that the three most common barriers to healthy eating and living are convenience, taste and affordability. These are the three pillars Emilia will make sure that Health Enthusiast Co is guided by.
